Morgan Thomas serves as Operations Manager at Dreams Never Die Management LLC (DND). With a strong foundation in venue management, artist relations, event coordination, and team leadership, Morgan ensures every event is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. In her role, Morgan coordinates event logistics and daily operations that drive exceptional live entertainment. She serves as a liaison between artists, management teams, and venue staff to ensure seamless events.
With more than 10 years of experience in the live entertainment and events industry, Morgan has developed extensive expertise in booking national touring artists, negotiating and drafting artist contracts, managing venue operations, and executing private and public events. Her background includes overseeing event budgets, financial bookkeeping, revenue forecasting, expense management, and operational planning to ensure both successful guest experiences and strong financial performance.
Morgan has also led and managed multidisciplinary teams – production personnel, hospitality staff and security teams – creating streamlined workflows that support the success of an event. Her comprehensive understanding of every phase of concert and event production, from initial booking and contract through settlement and post-event reporting, allows her to effectively manage all aspects of live entertainment operations.
