Taryn Ford, widely known as Taryn “P Did That”, serves as the VP of  Operations at DND Management LLC (Dreams Never Die). With a professional background that spans event production, media strategy, and purpose-driven partnerships, Taryn brings operational excellence and creative insight to the heart of the company’s mission.

As a leader within DND, Taryn oversees day-to-day operations, manages logistics for artist campaigns and live experiences, and ensures each project runs with clarity, precision, and impact. Her ability to bridge strategy with execution has made her a vital force in delivering the company’s vision to elevate talent, culture, and community through powerful storytelling and authentic connection.

Recently named The People’s Choice in DMV’s 35 Under 35, Taryn has led and supported high-level productions, brand activations, and socially-driven initiatives across the entertainment and nonprofit space. Her work consistently reflects a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Currently pursuing a dual degree in Government and Business at Liberty University, Taryn integrates both strategic leadership and a service mindset into every aspect of her work.
